Land and I met while at Colliers Turley Martin Tucker during the last Millenia. I was managing a portfolio of 750,000 square feet of Class A Office Buildings, Warehouse, and Medical office facilities owned by seven different people. As you can imagine, this requires flexibility, adaptability and focus to address the many needs that arise each day. Working relationships with the owners and tenants weren’t just an added bonus for my clients, they were a requirement. Managing owner/tenant relationships is an area that I excel in and is something I bring to the table within the Equitable team.
I grew up in East Tennessee but moved to Nashville after college. Land and I began talks about partnering to create a management company and Equitable was the perfect opportunity. Nashville offers up tremendous growth opportunities and I look forward to serving it in the coming years.
When I’m not resolving landlord/tenant issues, I love to cycle along the trace and enjoy the nature and history that surrounds our city.
