I’m someone who has always gravitated toward bringing order to chaos, building relationships, and helping people do their best work. My career started in Orlando, where I spent years growing with a small consulting startup that eventually became a multi-million-dollar operation. I learned quickly that I loved being in the middle of it all—connecting teams, smoothing out processes, and making sure nothing (and no one) fell through the cracks.
When my family and I made the move to Tennessee, I knew I wanted my next chapter to be meaningful. I was looking for a place where I could blend my operational mindset with my love for people and culture. That’s what led me to Equitable Property.
As Chief of Staff, I get to do what I enjoy most: help a company run with intention. I support our leadership team, keep communication clear across departments, and make sure the big goals we set actually turn into real, achievable plans. I care about how people feel in their work, how well teams function together, and how we can build a structure that brings out the best in everyone.
At the heart of it, I believe great organizations are built on clarity, trust, and a shared sense of purpose. That’s the kind of environment I try to cultivate every day at Equitable.
Outside of work, I’m a mom of two, a creative at heart, and someone who loves the balance of community and quiet moments. Moving to Tennessee gave me a fresh start—professionally and personally—and I’m grateful to be building something meaningful here.
