We couldn’t call ourselves a real Nashville-based company if we didn’t have at least one person with a history in the music business; born and raised in Nashville, I’m that man. Before working with Equitable I spent 15 years working at Broadcast Music Inc. (BMI), rising to Executive Director, Creative. I’ve worked with major label recording artists, music publishers, music managers, labels, people in performance, and people in mechanical royalties. The creative roles I’ve come from leads me to creative and innovative solutions for my commercial real estate clients.
In 2014 I entered the Nashville CRE field and immediately enjoyed working with the diverse group of investors that were showing up in our city. I’ve always appreciated the projects that have built Nashville’s reputation and impact on the national level and being involved in similar and new projects is an exciting opportunity.
Choosing to join the Equitable team was an easy decision, the team is so diverse and talented, with each member being an expert in their specialty. I bring my creative background to my niche areas of investment sales, owner/occupier sales, and project and development services in order to add that diverse and expert-level team.
As an outdoorsman, when I’m not in the office you can find me hitting the links or hiking somewhere around Nashville. You can also find me petting lots of dogs because I volunteer with a dog rescue group, I really love animals.
