The former State Farm building property was purchased December 2006 by 14th Avenue Redevelopment Company, LLC. The property is zoned CF and located in the UZO. The building is visible to 95,000 cars per day from I-40/ I-65. In place zoning allows for a 16-story building. It is appropriate for a long-term exit strategy of developing an office or multi-family structure.
In fall 2007, Concentra Health Services Inc. signed a long-term lease. The ownership agreed to put $1 million of improvements into the facade, expansion, and interior and purchase an adjacent lot for parking overflow.
