I dove headfirst into commercial real estate nearly 20 years ago. Early in my career, I became specialized within my field and focused on project origination and transaction management coupled to a high service client platform. By working with a choice group of clients, I have been able to dedicate the appropriate time needed to manage each project to its completion.
Before I joined Equitable in 2016, I worked for a small regional firm which ultimately became global real estate powerhouse Cushman & Wakefield. At Equitable, I seized upon the opportunity to join a nimble, family-oriented office of industry experts. Our team embraces a pioneering, value-add mindset and originates investment solutions by cultivating many of Nashville’s most vibrant adaptive reuse areas, the newest of which is the Railyard District.
Equitable’s lens is national in reach, but local in focus. I am fortunate to also represent a handful of corporate and private clients throughout the US.This experience offers me a unique perspective on leading edge industrial development as well as urban market cycles and trends.
